![]() Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End - 4 hours ![]() If you have This War of Mine and/or Orwell, you should definitely check Steam bundle that contains Beholder - ĥ. But still, overall this is great game and i recommend to try it. Did 2 full playthrough on easy and standard difficulties, i really enjoy it but there is 2 flaws that leave a bad taste - no manual saves (only autosaves after receiving new task) and no freeplay mode (story is great and have multiply endings, but game still lacks replayability). Very good point & click adventure, too bad it supports only low resolutions, i was forced to play in windowed mode to enjoy itĪwesome game, great dystopian atmosphere and unusual gameplay. ![]() Controls are fine when you trying to solve some puzzles, but in action parts they are very annoying, it's impossible to hit those demonic dogs with pickaxe unless you are sitting on some box where dog can't reach you. PC port missed a lot features from console versions, no Retro mode for example.īad horror, good story and atmosphere. Well, i guess i beat it since there is not much to do besides beating 100,000 highscore. Importing my list from Old Forum because i still playing games and get used to add new completed titles in the list.ġ. somehow gets modded or hacked to skip such events.Īll in all GoW3 is a decent game, but I personally prefer GoW 1 and 2 more, which I plan on replaying in the future. I don't think I want to stab Poseidon's eyes ever again unless the PS3 ver. In GoW 3, you can't skip most cutscenes and you HAVE to gruesomely kill certain characters just because. Really the game's plot and characters soured the game for me, and that should rarely happen to me since I can usually ignore a game's plot in favour of the gameplay. The theme the game gives about Pandora's Box makes absolutely no sense were the Olympians themselves immune to emotions or something and the Box simply heightened their sense of Fear, Envy, etc.? That's very hard to believe if we look at how characters were in at least the first GoW game. Even after witnessing all the chaos he is causing and being TOLD that he's destroying the world, he just blindly goes on just to kill Zeus, who for much of the game is hiding at the top of Olympus without doing anything himself to stop Kratos. The characters and story are just plain bad Kratos is a stubborn 1 dimensional character much of the time, unless required to be otherwise. The game really felt like it dragged on by the end game, and while it had a few good parts, I would've much preferred if it ended like 2 hours ago. There are 2-3 things I disliked most about this game and they are the length, and the characters and story. There are also some light puzzle and platforming sections which I quite enjoyed, although I did feel some of the platforming sections dragged or just weren't that necessary. I mainly stuck with Kratos' default weapon since they got the job done. The gameplay is standard GoW fare, if you've played the first two, this is more or less the same although they give you various weapons and skills to let you mess around with the combat if one wants. God of War series always had wonderful visuals and presentation. Non the less the game has wonderful lighting and Ilike how connected the game's locations are. because of his gigantic size and that any more detail on him would prob. Then there is Hephaestus who entire model looks pretty late PS2 era texturized, the skin just hasn't got the amount of detail you'd see on say Kratos, though that is prob. Gaia for example looks pretty odd during the final sections of the game compared to the start like she's made of bubbles stuck together and given a rocky colored texture. Replaying this game I've come to notice some of the models and textures that seem pretty outdated as they have very little detail on them compared to some other parts of the game.
